Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist drives leasing activity by managing in-person tours, building relationships with prospective residents, and effectively selling the community to encourage application submissions. This role partners with the onsite team to implement leasing, occupancy, and marketing goals while monitoring market conditions to improve occupancy. The position also supports a positive move-in experience and contributes to resident engagement and retention efforts.
