Leasing Specialist

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for leasing available homes quickly to limit vacancy loss at the highest net rent, while ensuring a positive and fluid experience for residents and guests. The role involves marketing the property, preparing lease documents, screening prospective residents, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing requirements and all applicable laws. This in-person position requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a strong ownership of their work.
