This role serves as a leader for leasing consultants, applying creative sales strategies to motivate the team and reach occupancy goals while managing resident ledgers and lease processes. The position involves assisting the Property Manager with accounting tasks, supporting occupancy and retention goals through proactive resident engagement, and ensuring a positive move-in and move-out experience. Additionally, the role includes training teammates, maintaining property cleanliness, and managing client/owner relationships.
