Leave Administration Specialist

This role is responsible for administering employee leave programs while ensuring organizational compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. The position serves as a subject matter expert on leave management and HR compliance, supporting employees, managers, and HR leadership by mitigating risk and maintaining accurate records. The specialist manages the end-to-end administration of leave programs, coordinates with third-party vendors, and facilitates return-to-work processes.
