Leave and Accommodation Manager II

The Leave and Accommodation Manager II oversees the complete cycle of medical leaves of absence and accommodation requests for assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with FMLA, state leave laws, and interactive processes under ADAA, PWFA, and state disability laws. The role involves case management, including intake, eligibility determination, documentation, and processing leave pay requests, while supporting employees through benefit impacts and return-to-work strategies. This position also provides support for various other leave types and escalations within the organization.
