Leave Coordinator

The Leave Coordinator provides direct support to employees throughout the leave of absence process, serving as the primary point of contact for leave-related questions and coordinating information exchange between the company, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders. This role supports leave cases from initiation through return to work, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to established policies. As part of the HR Operations team, the position focuses on operational execution, employee support, and case management.
