Leave of Absence Administrator

The Leave of Absence Administrator serves as the HR team's subject-matter expert for leaves of absence and workplace accommodations, independently managing Axia's leave programs including FMLA, disability, and state-specific statutory leaves. This role owns the company's in-house ADA accommodation program, drives continuous improvement through automation and AI-supported workflows, and ensures compliant, efficient leave administration across the organization. The position also involves managing third-party vendor relationships, delivering manager training, and using data to inform policy and workforce planning.
