Leave Program Manager

The Leave Program Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of leave of absence, disability, paid leave, accommodation, and return-to-work programs. This role serves as the subject matter expert for leave and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while providing guidance on complex cases. The position involves overseeing third-party administrators, driving enterprise-wide process enhancements, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve program effectiveness and employee experience.
