Leaves & ADA Processor

Colorado Network Staffing is seeking a Leaves & ADA Processor to support the Human Resources Department at Jeffco Public Schools. This role provides technical and administrative support for employee leave of absence and workplace accommodation processes, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and compliance with applicable laws, district policies, and collective bargaining agreements. The position coordinates employee leave requests under FMLA, state leave programs, and ADA accommodation processes, while maintaining confidential records and facilitating communication between employees, supervisors, and HR personnel.
