Legal Advisor

This role serves as the primary legal advisor to Servicing and homeowner operations throughout the post-origination lifecycle, providing guidance on contract amendments, state-by-state legal analysis, and title and lien perfection matters. The position involves advising on consumer bankruptcy, delinquent property taxes, and default servicing while managing outside counsel and legal claims. It requires partnering with cross-functional teams to address legal requirements for servicing features and processes.
