About this role

The Legal Analyst supports the Legal team as the primary contact for sell-side commercial contracting, assisting Sales and go-to-market teams in moving quickly while protecting the company. This role involves partnering with senior counsel to review, draft, and negotiate standard customer agreements, such as NDAs and MSAs, while escalating complex issues. The position offers an opportunity to build deep commercial-contracts expertise and contribute to legal operations and workflow improvements.
