Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer
- 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience in a top-tier international/strong corporate-commercial law firm and/or in-house at a technology or digital company
- Solid experience on cross-border corporate and commercial matters
- Hands-on experience with English-law-governed contracts and corporate documents
- Fluency in English at minimum C1 level
- Other language skills (e.g., Ukrainian, Polish) are a plus
