Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer
- 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience in a top-tier international or strong corporate-commercial law firm
- Experience in-house at a technology or digital company
- Experience with English-law-governed contracts and corporate documents
- Fluency in English at minimum C1 level
- Other languages (e.g. Ukrainian, Polish) are a plus
