The Legal Counsel (Principal) — Fund Formation and Structuring will support the structuring, formation, and maintenance of private and registered investment funds across GCM Grosvenor’s platforms. The role partners with senior legal, compliance, investment, product, and operations teams to support new fund launches and strategic product initiatives while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. This position offers hands-on experience in complex fund structures within a global asset management platform and expects an onsite/hybrid presence Tuesdays through Thursdays.
