Acts as an intermediate-level counsel within the Wealth Business (including Private Bank and International Personal Bank), advising on transactional and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions. Supports legal problem-solving, risk-appropriate commercial solutions, and collaboration with senior counsels and internal stakeholders.
