Legal Counsel

A Legal Counsel at 9fin is responsible for managing legal matters across the global business, focusing on commercial contracting, privacy compliance (particularly GDPR), and supporting corporate governance initiatives. The role involves negotiating sales and vendor agreements, implementing compliance programs for new legislation, and drafting key policies that advance the company’s objectives. Reporting to the General Counsel, the candidate will also support M&A activities and supervise junior team members while working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
