The Legal Counsel at Relevance AI will establish and oversee the in-house legal function, providing commercial and risk-aligned legal support to facilitate enterprise deal velocity and compliance as the company scales. Responsibilities include negotiating customer contracts (MSAs, DPAs), leading privacy and data protection efforts, and building legal frameworks, all while working closely with Sales, Operations, and leadership. This role requires about 5-10 years of PQE, strong experience in enterprise SaaS contracting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
