About this role

The Legal Counsel at Pyth Data Association is responsible for providing comprehensive legal and regulatory support focused on crypto, fintech, and financial regulations, particularly in Switzerland. The role includes drafting and negotiating various agreements, ensuring compliance with Swiss and international regulations, managing SRO memberships, and developing internal compliance policies. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will assess legal and regulatory risks, maintain documentation, liaise with regulators, and manage external legal counsel, all while staying updated on evolving regulatory landscapes.

Skills

Qualifications

Law degree and bar admission in Switzerland or an equivalent European jurisdiction.Minimum 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
