About this role
Counsel, Corporate & Securities will join Thomson Reuters’ General Counsel’s Office to support corporate governance and corporate transaction matters across the company’s global entities. The role is based at the global headquarters (Toronto or Mexico City) and involves working with stakeholders across the organization and external advisors. This position contributes to governance, compliance, and corporate housekeeping for a large, multinational content and technology company.
