About this role

Legal Counsel responsible for providing commercial contracting coverage for Morningstar’s EMEA businesses, focusing on data, research, ESG and investment data licensing and subscriptions and supporting contracting in the Wealth division. The role partners closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to enable business growth while managing legal risk and will occasionally support other regional legal matters such as investigations and regulatory advice. The position can be based in London, Timisoara, or Cape Town and reports to the EMEA Head of Commercial, Legal.
