Qutwo is seeking its first in-house lawyer to build a legal function that scales with the business, focusing on contract frameworks, corporate and financing matters, privacy and regulation, employment and IP, and M&A support. The role involves designing and running an AI-enabled legal function, managing external counsel, and handling legal operations and disputes. This position requires a Master of Laws with 8+ years of experience in a leading law firm or in-house at a technology company, along with strong commercial contracting and corporate law skills.
