The Legal Counsel, Channels role supports Rubrik's global partner ecosystem by managing day-to-day contracting for resellers, distributors, and alliance partners. This position serves as the primary legal contact for the Channels organization, handling agreement drafting, negotiation, and partner program compliance. The role requires a licensed attorney with in-house technology experience to advise business stakeholders and ensure deals move forward efficiently.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate reseller and distributor agreements for the two-tier channel model
Advise channel leaders and partner operations on program terms and compliance requirements
Manage contract request intake queue and drive deals to signature with internal approvals
