Linklaters Milan office is offering a four-month internship in its Employment and Incentives practice starting March 2026 for an outstanding Italian law student in their final years of university. The role provides exposure to a global law firm environment, with opportunities to learn about employment, pension and labour law in transactional and contentious matters and to gain experience that may lead to future training or associate roles. The internship is designed to immerse the candidate in the firm’s culture, teamwork, and professional activities.
