Legal Operations and eDiscovery Manager

The Legal Operations and eDiscovery Manager leads the Law Department’s legal operations and eDiscovery functions, partnering with attorneys, business teams, outside counsel, and vendors to improve processes, technology, and service delivery. The role manages strategic initiatives, including responsible AI adoption, to enhance efficiency, consistency, and defensibility across legal operations, litigation management, and eDiscovery. This position involves overseeing the Exterro eDiscovery platform, matter management in LexisNexis CounselLink, and driving change management for process and technology initiatives. The manager also advises leadership on legal technology, process efficiency, and software solutions while ensuring defensible eDiscovery workflows and litigation support.
