Legal Operations Manager

The Legal Operations Manager will design, build, and lead the organization's Legal Operations function from the ground up, establishing strategy, systems, and processes to support the Legal Department's effectiveness. This role partners with the General Counsel, Finance, and business leadership to implement legal billing and matter management systems, manage outside counsel, and deliver measurable business value. The position focuses on bringing structure, visibility, and financial discipline to the Legal function while driving cost savings and efficiency gains.
