Legal Recruiting Manager

This role partners with Hiring Partners and the Summer Committee to develop and implement the Chicago office’s recruiting strategy and initiatives. The position plays an active role in law student recruiting and manages all aspects of the Summer Associate Program, including onboarding, training, and performance tracking. The successful candidate will coordinate interview schedules, monitor candidate follow-ups, and assist with on-campus and virtual recruiting events.
