Legislative Administrative Assistant

The Legislative Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to supervisory and professional staff within the Committee Services Section. The role involves preparing for committee meetings, maintaining accurate records of proceedings, and assisting Legislative Committee Specialists, Analysts, or Leads with research and documentation. The position also includes serving as a receptionist, office clerk, and data entry specialist while ensuring effective communication with the General Assembly and the public.
