About this role
A 3-year apprenticeship (Lehre) at IWC Schaffhausen to become a certified Surface Coating Specialist (Oberflächenbeschichter*in EFZ). The program trains young candidates in the processes and craftsmanship involved in coating and finishing watch components, with multiple departmental rotations and comprehensive onboarding. The apprenticeship starts in August 2026 and includes company benefits and a guaranteed minimum 12-month employment after completion.
