Lending Asset Manager

The Lending Asset Manager is responsible for managing and resolving non-performing and higher-risk credit relationships within the credit union's lending portfolio. This role oversees loan workout, modification, and hardship programs across various portfolios while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. The position collaborates with executive leadership to assess, monitor, and mitigate credit risk, oversee portfolio performance, and support sound lending practices.
