Level 1 System Administrator

The Level 1 System Administrator provides support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, including day-to-day operations and problem resolution for client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices. This role involves managing IT system infrastructure, configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, and optimizing system operations and resource utilization. The position requires providing Tier I and Tier II problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution while communicating status to agency management and internal customers.
