A Level 1/2 MSP Technician provides remote and on-site technical support for managed services clients in Northern New Jersey, troubleshooting issues across Windows environments and network infrastructure.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience at an MSP, IT Services company, or in a similar helpdesk/field technician roleWorking knowledge of Windows desktop and server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCPExperience with Microsoft 365 administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, and IntuneFamiliarity with enterprise networking equipment (Cisco, Meraki, SonicWALL, or HP managed switches)Hands-on experience with an RMM platform (N-Able, LabTech, or similar) and ConnectWise or equivalent PSA
