About this role

The Level 2 Network Administrator provides advanced network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident remediation in a 24x7 NOC environment. This role handles escalations from Level 1, performs deeper network diagnostics, and ensures reliability of network infrastructure across multiple locations. The position supports the Cyber Backup environment while working under the guidance of the Level 3 Network Lead.

Responsibilities

Performs advanced monitoring and troubleshooting of network devices
Resolves complex network connectivity issues and root cause analysis
Initiates proactive remediation to prevent outages or degradation
Updates network configuration records and device inventories
Creates runbooks and provides training for Level 1 analysts
