Level 2 Youth Advocate

The Level 2 Youth Advocate provides crisis intervention, direct case planning, and advocacy services to clients under the supervision of the YASS and Crisis Coordinator. This full-time role involves managing ongoing case management, facilitating youth development programming, and providing supervision and oversight for on-call crisis workers. The position requires a commitment to positive youth development and restorative justice frameworks while working with adolescents in a community-based setting.
