About this role

The Level 4 Harnessing and Packaging Engineer at Blue Origin will lead the design, integration, and production readiness of internal harnessing and electronics packaging for the TeraWave flight product. This role focuses on transitioning designs from low‑rate builds to high‑rate production, ensuring manufacturability, reliability, and scalability for space applications.

Responsibilities

Lead production transition of internal harnessing to high‑rate manufacturing
Design and release 3D models and drawings for wire harnesses and enclosures
Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, and test procedures
Collaborate with suppliers to qualify high‑volume production processes
Mentor junior engineers in harness design and DFM practices
