Level II Competent Registered Nurse

The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient‑centered care for an assigned group of patients, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, oversees licensed and unlicensed staff, and participates in quality improvement, education, and policy development activities. This role requires a valid Virginia RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN preferred, with compensation ranging from $40.59 to $53.86 per hour.
