Level IV Custodian

The Level IV Custodian assists the Program Administrator by maintaining and cleaning building areas occupied by the Berks County Intermediate Unit, while also helping to schedule and coordinate custodial operations. This role involves training and mentoring custodial staff, overseeing operations in the absence of the Program Administrator, and ensuring all custodial tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with adults and students in various educational environments.
