About this role
Charlie Health is hiring MA‑level group facilitators to provide virtual, neurodivergent‑affirming behavioral health care to clients ages 8–64. This is a 100% remote, contract (1099) telehealth role embedded within a collaborative clinical team focused on expanding access to personalized mental health treatment. Clinicians support Charlie Health’s mission to deliver relational, evidence‑informed group programming and care coordination across disciplines.

charliehealth.comCharlie Health is a telehealth mental health provider that delivers virtual intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and outpatient care for adolescents and young adults. They combine evidence-based individual and group therapy, family coaching, care navigation, and medication management to treat conditions like anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and substance use. Services are delivered by licensed clinicians via remote care designed to keep young people engaged at home and in school. Charlie Health also partners with schools, payers, and employers to expand access to youth-focused behavioral health.
