Liability Claims Handler

The Liability Claims Handler investigates, validates, negotiates, and settles Third-Party Property Damage claims, while also managing a small allocation of lower-value Personal Injury claims. Reporting to the Senior Claims Supervisor, the role requires a strong understanding of liability principles, insurance policy coverage, and litigation risk to resolve claims efficiently and protect insurer interests. The position involves maintaining accurate claim files on the Pro-Claim system and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
