Liaison in Training

The Liaison in Training program is a paid, three-month training track designed to develop the next generation of healthcare liaisons with no prior healthcare experience required. Participants will learn sales fundamentals, referral development, and relationship-building through direct mentorship and hands-on field experience. The role focuses on building lasting relationships with doctors, hospitals, and care facilities to refer patients to Sierra Home Health and Hospice.
