Library Director

The Library Director is responsible for developing and supporting all efforts necessary to maintain a public library responsive to the community's needs for information, education, and recreation. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, the role involves developing library policies, managing the budget, supervising staff and volunteers, and overseeing the physical building and technology. The position requires maintaining public relations, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with library trends and best practices.
