Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work to reduce distress and improve the mental health of underserved populations with complex medical and psychosocial problems within the CDU Mobile Health Outreach Program. This role provides social work services including assessment, counseling, care planning, and case coordination to patients and their families. The position also involves mentoring resident physicians and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address client needs.
