Licensed Clinical Supervisor

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides administrative and clinical supervision to treatment teams within the Children Behavioral Health Initiative, overseeing staff, ensuring quality care, and supporting the development of skills to address complex issues such as co-occurring disorders and trauma. Reporting to the Program Director, the role involves both individual and group supervision, fostering open communication, accountability, and culturally sensitive practice.
