Licensed Nurse

This position provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest degree of function, self-care, and independence for residents. The licensed nurse is responsible for medication administration, care plan development, and maintaining infection control and quality assurance programs.
