Licensed Nurse

This role involves serving as the on-site clinical expert to evaluate donor eligibility, manage donor reactions, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during the plasma donation process. The position requires conducting physical exams, reviewing health history, administering immunizations, and providing confidential counseling to donors in a supportive, community-focused environment. The Licensed Nurse collaborates with the Center Medical Director to create a safe and efficient experience for every donor.
