Licensed Pharmacy Technician

The Licensed Pharmacy Technician works under the supervision of a pharmacist to ensure compliant and efficient pharmacy operations while serving as the primary point of contact for referral sources, physician offices, and patients. The role involves processing new referrals, verifying patient demographics and insurance coverage, and managing prescription orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Additionally, the technician handles high-volume inbound and outbound calls, maintains customer databases, and assists with inventory and other pharmacy duties as needed.
