A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Acute General Medicine at Rochester General Hospital provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and participates as a member of the multidisciplinary care team. The unit treats patients with substance abuse, mental illness, and a variety of complex medical diagnoses, offering exposure to telemetry, dialysis, and multiple drips, drains, and catheters. This is a per diem role with day, evening, and night shift availability.
