About this role
The Field Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct bedside care to hospice patients across home and facility settings under the supervision of an RN. The role supports 24/7 hospice services including nights, weekends and on-call rotations, and involves patient/family education and participation in interdisciplinary care planning. This position requires travel using a personal vehicle to visit patients in the community.
