About this role
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Hospice provides compassionate end-of-life nursing care to patients in their preferred environments. The role delivers one-on-one clinical care per physician and RN care manager orders and supports patients and families as part of an interdisciplinary team. This is a PRN position requiring weekend and after-hours availability.
