About this role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing home-based nursing care within Muskingum, Guernsey, and Noble counties as part of an interdisciplinary team. The position is field-based with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and on-call responsibilities. Candidates must hold a current LPN license and have at least one year of acute care LPN experience.
