About this role
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing home-based skilled nursing care as part of a post-acute interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, physician-directed nursing in patients' homes and supporting patients and families through the recovery process. Position is scheduled Monday–Friday and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
